What to know about Ulta’s Black Friday deals: When it is, what to shop

Beauty fans rejoice: Ulta’s Black Friday sale is here.
Starting Saturday, Nov. 23 and lasting past Black Friday proper, Ulta Beauty’s week of sales is filled with discounts on some of the most popular luxury brands, including 50% off Tarte foundations, 30% off Anastasia Beverly Hills brow products, 30% off certain Clinique skincare and a whole lot more.
Luckily for shoppers who already have their Black Friday hands full, the beauty supplier will also be hosting a special Cyber Monday event come Dec. 1. And while anyone can shop the sales, Ulta Beauty Rewards members will have even more chances to rack up points and cash in on exclusive deals and shipping costs.
Here’s what to know about Ulta Beauty’s Black Friday week.
Ulta’s Black Friday event started Nov. 23 and runs through Nov. 30 both online and in-stores. Shop deals at ulta.com/promotion/black-friday.
Ulta Beauty Rewards is a free membership program that allows shoppers to earn points for each Ulta purchase they make. On a base level, spending $1 at the retailer earns you one point you can cash in at a later date once you reach 100 or more.
The more you spend, the higher your membership tier. Platinum Members earn 1.25 points for every $1 spent and Diamond Members earn 1.5 points per $1.
Other perks include member-exclusive sales and rewards, bonus point offers, double points on purchases made during your birthday month, a free birthday gift, free shipping depending on membership tier and purchase amount, gifts with some purchases and the chance to link your Target Circle Account for more savings when shopping at an Ulta Beauty in a Target.
Signing up for an Ulta Beauty Rewards account is free. When shopping online, click “Join/Sign In.” If you do not have an Ulta account already, click “Create an Account” then follow the on-screen instructions to set up an account and join Rewards. If you already have an account, simply log in go to the “Ulta Beauty Rewards” tab then follow the instructions to sign up.
In-store, simply ask an associate to help you join the program.
